1 · Who we are & what these terms cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VT Hockey Development website, player portal, coaching services, training content, camps and events (together, the "Services"), operated by Vince Tarantino / VT Hockey Development ("VT", "we", "us"). 4 · Coaching services, sessions & bookings

Video coaching sessions, on-ice sessions, intro calls and camps are booked through the player portal or arranged directly with Coach Vince. Session packages are tracked as credits on your account. Intro calls are free and carry no commitment.

5 · Cancellations, refunds & session credits

6 · Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise, and applicable taxes may apply. Subscriptions (e.g. Video Vault) renew automatically until cancelled.

8 · Content & intellectual property

All VT content — drills, videos, courses, plans, reports, the Hockey IQ library and portal materials — belongs to VT Hockey Development and is licensed to you for the player's personal training only. Don't copy, resell, redistribute or share portal access. You keep ownership of the film and materials you submit.

9 · Assumption of risk

Hockey and athletic training carry inherent risk of injury. Players and parents are responsible for ensuring the player is medically fit to train and for following safe practices at their rink and training spaces. On-ice sessions may additionally require the facility's own waivers.

10 · Communications

By registering you agree to receive service emails about your account, bookings and program (sent via Brevo). Marketing emails are optional — unsubscribe anytime via the link in any marketing email.

11 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VT Hockey Development is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Services in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12 · Changes & contact

We may update these Terms as the Services evolve — the "last updated" date above will change and continued use means acceptance. Questions? Email info@vthockeydevelopment.com.
