Privacy Policy

VT Hockey Development · Last updated August 2026

1 · The short version

We collect what we need to coach your player and run the platform — nothing more. We don't sell personal information. Payments are handled by Stripe, emails by Brevo, analytics by Google Analytics (only if you accept cookies), and player data lives in our secure database (Supabase).

2 · What we collect

3 · Children's information & parent consent

4 · How we use your information

5 · Who we share it with

Only service providers that make the platform work, under their own privacy safeguards:

We never sell personal information, and we don't share player film or performance data with third parties for their own use.

6 · Cancellation & credit records

We keep booking, cancellation and credit history on your account so the cancellation policy (free with 24h notice · credit held under 24h · forfeited under 4h) can be applied fairly and transparently.

7 · Security & retention

Data is stored with row-level security so players only see their own information, and coaches/staff see only what they need. We keep your data while your account is active. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your personal data, except records we must keep (e.g. payment records for tax purposes).

8 · Cookies & similar technologies

We keep this short and honest. On your first visit a bar asks whether you accept analytics. Saying no doesn't change anything else — signing in, booking, the VT Hockey Lab and payments all work the same.

Change your cookie choice — or use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. You can also clear cookies in your browser at any time.

9 · Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your (or your child's) personal information, withdraw marketing consent, or ask questions about this policy at any time: info@vthockeydevelopment.com.

10 · Changes

If this policy changes materially we'll update the date above and flag it on the site or by email.
